Tomato Rasam

Ingredients
Tomatos
Oil 2 table spoons
Turmeric one pinch
Fenugreek powder ½ spoons
Coriander powder
Coriander leaves
Curry leaves
pinch of inguva(asafoetida)
Tamarind juice (for 4 cups of tomato rasam, use 1/4 th tamarind juice)
salt

Making:
The preparation of tomato rasam without rasam powder.
In a bowl, put 2 tea spoons of oil and perform seasoning (Popu/thalimpu) with inguva(asafoetida).
After few seconds, put tomatos in the bowl and keep for few minutes until it become gravy.
Add water (Depends how you like the rasam to be, if you want gravy type use less water). Let the tomatos boil for some time.
Add tamarind juice,
add salt,
add curry leaves, coriander leaves,
add coriander powder

and boil it for 3 to 5 minutes... tasty tomato rasam is ready without rasam powder.
